Howard Highlights

• Returned to his alma mater during the 2021-22 academic year
• Led the Bison to the 2022 MEAC Women’s Cross Country title with 10 student-athletes garnering All-MEAC honors
• Was on-staff for Howard’s MEAC Women’s Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Championship wins
• Coached 11 All-MEAC Performers, including First Team student-athletes in the women's 800m, men's 3000m and men's 5000m
• Coached athletes to records in the men's mile, men's 5000m, women's 10,000m, men's 10,000m and men's 5000m [cross country]
• Former Howard student-athlete in decathlon, heptathlon and javelin

VCU Highlights

• 2021 A-10 Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Champions
• Coached the first man to score in a distance event for VCU at the outdoor A-10 Championship since 2013
• Women’s program earned USTFCCCA Academic All-American Team Honors
• 2019 A-10 Women’s Indoor Track and Field Champions
• Assisted with seven individual medalists at the 2019 A-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships
• Served as video coordinator

Alcorn State Highlights

• Appointed interim head coach in 2019 after joining the Braves as an assistant
• Coached athletes to break five records including in the women’s 5000m and men’s 1500m, mile, 3000m and 5000m
• Signed the 2018 Nevada Gatorade Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Year
• Developed and implemented training for cross country, distance and multi events
• Coached an athlete to Second Team All-SWAC Honors in the indoor women’s 5000m

Interscholastic Coaching

• Served as head coach at Desert Pines High School and Western High School in Las Vegas
• Five student-athletes earned collegiate scholarships, including three in Division I at Desert Pines
• Won the 2016 NIAA 3A Boys State Championship and 2016 NIAA 3A Boys Southern Region Championship at Desert Pines
• With Western, coached the 2018 NIAA 3A 100m State Champion and the 2018 NIAA 3A 200m runner-up
