NEW BRITAIN, C.T. - FDU (9-15,7-2) defeated CSSU (3-18,2-7) in a long five-set battle at Detrick Gymnasium for their second win of the weekend and their fifth straight. (25-23,25-17,25-9,25-17,15-13)

- Sofia Rampazzo had another double-double, her seventh of the season, with 12 kills and 12 digs.

Set 1
- CCSU had a five-point run to pull ahead 13-10. The Blue Devils held the lead and took the set 25-23.
Set 2
- The Knights found their groove in set two with a 4-0 run to pull ahead 18-13 then earned another 3-0 run to take it 25-17.
Set 3
- The Knights grabbed an early 13-4 lead.
- FDU sided out each ball and was able to dominate the whole set, taking it 25-9.
Set 4
- CCSU was able to side out each ball and found opportunities to narrowly pull ahead.
- They pushed the match to a fifth set, taking the fourth 25-17.
Set 5
- CCSU had an early 3-0 lead and then pulled ahead 9-4.
- The Knights stormed back tying it at 13-13.
- Two attack errors from CCSU sealed the match and completed the Knights' victory 15-13.
